Students from Faculty of Political, Administrative and Communication Sciences have already founded two virtual companies through the project ”Vocational counseling, internships and simulated enterprise: an extra chance in finding a job for students following specializations in public administration, communication, public relations and advertising“(HRD / 161 / 2.1 / G / 137 510).
Thus, the first 20 students involved in this activity were divided into two groups and each of them founded a virtual company: defined their customers, services, chose the company name, completed the foundation documents of the enterprise and were then registered on the platform of simulated enterprises – ROCT (www.roct.ro). Students also drew up a business plan, business enterprise model, have made a website and a logo for each enterprise and had their first order for the services they provide.
By the end of the project, at least 60 students FSPAC will be involved in simulated enterprises. The purpose of the activity is to develop the entrepreneurial skills of students and their knowledge for setting up and managing a business.
The project “Vocational counseling, internships and simulated enterprise: an extra chance in finding a job for students of specializations public administration and communication, public relations and advertising majors” is implemented by FSPAC in partnership with Danis Foundation during May 2014 -October 2015. and is co-financed by the European Social Fund through the Operational Programme for Human Resources Development 2007-2013, priority Axis 2 “Linking lifelong learning and labor market”, key Area of intervention 2.1 “transition from school to active life”.
