Two new virtual enterprise have started their activity at the  Faculty of Political, Administrative and Communication Sciences this month (January 2015). Thus, another 20 students are involved in activities that teach them how to set up and operate a business, developing their knowledge and entrepreneurial skills.

The creation and development of virtual enterprises are held within the project “Vocational counseling, internships and simulated enterprise: an extra chance in finding a job for students following specializations in public administration, communication, public relations and advertising” (HRD / 161 /2.1/G/137510). In the first two weeks of activity of the virtual businesses, the students chose to name of the company, defined services and completed the foundation documents of the enterprises that are then sent to the platform of simulated enterprises – ROCT (www.roct.ro). Also, students were trained by Danis Foundation, partner in the project, to help in thinking their business models and preparing the business plans.

By the end of the project, at least 60 FSPAC students will be involved in virtual enterprises – 40 of them already operating four such firms. The purpose of the activity is to develop the entrepreneurial skills of students and their knowledge for setting up and managing a business.

Also in the project, Danis Foundation supports FSPAC in organizing valuable internships for faculty’s students. In that period, the we are working on identifying new partners, organizations, companies and public institutions that provide places of practice for the second semester of the academic year.

The project “Vocational counseling, internships and simulated enterprise: an extra chance in finding a job for students of specializations public administration and communication, public relations and advertising” is implemented by FSPAC in partnership with Danis Foundation during May 2014 -October 2015. and is co-financed by the European Social Fund through the Operational Programme for Human Resources Development 2007-2013, priority Axis 2 “Linking lifelong learning and labor market”, key Area of ​​intervention 2.1 “transition from school to work activate”.
