“Clean Plates” is the story of a man passionate about healthy nutrition, a blogger fully devoted to the development of Cluj community – Adi Hadean.
Through “Clean Plates” project, hold within the period of November 2011-march 2012, Adi Hădean cooked healthy meals for 450 children, parents and staff from 5 kindergartens in Cluj. He trained 15 cooks in the preparation of healthy meals, through new recipes and nutrition principles. Also, through the project, we offered cooking equipment to the kindergartens and hold presentations of project management to the kindergarten directors, in order to encourage a follow up of the “Clean Plates” initiative.
The project, with a budget of 8500 euros, was financed through a contribution of 5000 euros from Raiffeisen Bank(Raiffeisen Communities 2011 program) and 2000 euros from IQuest Technologies; while the rest of the sum represented the contribution of Adi Hadean and Danis Foundation.
