Through this project developed in partnership with the business consultancy company Media Partners, Fundatia Danis provided support to 111 people from rural communities from Transilvania.
The people participated in entrepreneurship workshops, where they learned how to develop their business idea, how to write a business plan, how to make their financial plans. At the same time, the participants received consultancy for their business ideas and the business plan, finding information also about potential funding sources, and also they met experienced entrepreneurs who shared their business stories, and gave useful advices for opening and managing an enterprise.
At the end of the project, 37 viable business plans were developed, and two participants opened their businesses during the project implementation period.
The project was co-financed by European Social Fund, through Sectorial Operational Programme Human Resources Development 2007-2013. The total value of the project was 410,000 lei (approximately 100,000 euros).
