We are ready for a new challenge to support young adults and adults to develop their emotional intelligence and better integrate into the more and more demanding labor market. The kick-off meeting of the Emotional Intelligence on Labor Market (EILM) was held in Padova, Dublin, at the beginning of December 2019. Fundatia Danis partnered in this project with companies, public agencies, and other NGOs to build innovative and up-to-date educational resources and coaching tools to support Vocational Education and Training (VET) advisors in their work with learners – young adults and adults.

During the project meeting, the partners planned the project activities, set the project calendar in detail and discussed the ways to assist VET advisors to support adult learners to enhance their emotional competences for the new challenges of the 21st-century labor market. 

The EILM project is led by Eduforma (Italy) and implemented in partnership with Fundatia Danis (Romania), WSEI (Poland), IDEA Alzira (Spain), Amadeus Association (Austria), and Personal Training – Personnel Holding (Bulgaria). 

The project is co-financed by the European Commission through Erasmus+ Programme through Italian National Agency – INAPP.
