Through the Emotional Intelligence on Labour Market (EILM) project, we aim to support young adults and adults to develop their emotional intelligence and better integrate into the more and more demanding labor market.
Fundatia Danis partnered in this project with companies, public agencies, and other NGOs to build innovative and up-to-date educational resources and coaching tools to support Vocational Education and Training (VET) advisors in their work with learners – young adults and adults.
In 2019-2022, we will join our effort with partners from Italy, Poland, Austria, Spain, and Bulgaria in order to reach the following goals:
-
Improve the quality of the VET advisor’s educational practice;
-
Develop innovative training resources and coaching methods to prepare VET advisors to enhance the emotional competences of their learners, especially young adults;
-
Build interactive and online tools to support learners, young adults and adults, to self-assess and improve their emotional intelligence for their employability enhancement.
The EILM project is led by Eduforma (Italy) and implemented in partnership with Fundatia Danis (Romania), WSEI (Poland), IDEA Alzira (Spain), Amadeus Association (Austria), and Personal Training – Personnel Holding (Bulgaria).
The project is co-financed by the European Commission through Erasmus+ Programme through Italian National Agency – INAPP.
