Built a Real Business Through EYE exchange

At 23, Aurel Seician, a new entrepreneur from Cluj-Napoca, Romania, joined the Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs programme looking for structure, mentorship, and real business experience. He was hosted by Antonello Livrano, 35, an Italian entrepreneur, architect and designer, passionate about branding, communication, and technology.

Connected through the EYE platform and supported by their intermediary organizations, the two quickly aligned on a shared ambition. Over five months, they worked side by side to shape and validate a new agency concept they called Digital Architecture Office.

Their collaboration mixed research, creative planning, and hands-on execution. Aurel focused on digital strategy, advertising, lead generation, and social media. Antonello guided the branding, client experience,

and positioning. Together, they automated outreach systems, built internal workflows, published content across multiple platforms, and secured their first client before the programme ended. Weekly strategy meetings and constant feedback helped transform an idea into a solid, scalable business model.

The main result of the exchange was a fully operational agency with clear branding, defined processes, and strong digital capabilities. Aurel gained essential skills in client acquisition, branding strategy, and performance marketing. For Antonello, the exchange brought modern digital workflows, new tools, and a refreshed approach to communication. Their work opened opportunities beyond Italy, creating access to the Romanian and broader European markets.

The collaboration proved so effective that they chose to continue working together after the programme, aiming to grow their client base and expand the agency across Europe.
